1. File: Standard File Options |

1.1 New Tab:
Gives you further three options.

2. Edit |
| |

2.1 Cut: Removes the Selected Portion from the source and buffer it for Paste (Ctrl+X). |

2.3 Paste: Paste the Copied/Cut portion of a page to new destination (Ctrl+V). |

3. View |

3.1 Go: This option takes you to the selected option as follows. |

3.1.3 Previous Browser Tab: Displays the previous tab page as an active window (F3). |

3.2 Stop: Stops the Browsing activity on current tab page (Esc). |

4. Favorites |
| |
|
4.1 Add a favorite: A Standard option of Favorite addition allows user to do all the operations including Creating New Folder, managing and Customizing the favorites. |

4.2 Organize Favorite: A feature permits user to effectively manage all of his favorites.
Users can Create New Folder, Rename the existing Folders, Move between the currently maintained Folders and Delete any selected Folder.
An additional option of Properties related to a selected folder is also available to user. |

5. Tab
Groups |
| |
|
5.1 Add to Tab Groups: It is for managing the tab group information. |
| |
|
|
5.1.1 Current Open Tab: Provides you to open the current Tab Group and adding the new Tab Group. |

5.1.2 All Open Pages: Provides you to open the current Tab Group and adding the new Tab Group. |
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
5.2 Import Tab Groups: An existing tab group can be imported into 1Tabview. |

5.3 Export Tab Groups: Tab Group(s) can be exported and saved from 1Tabview. |

5.4 Organize Tab Groups: A Tab Group can be organized and managed by pointing towards it and right clicking it.
A pop up box with two options will appear to allow user to choose between the two. (one for deleting the specific Tab Group and other for organizing that Tab Group) Organizing a group provide the feature to insert, delete or update the contents of the group and the group it self. |

7. Tools |

7.1 Translate Page: A powerful feature for users to convert their web page contents in to many internationally acknowledged languages. |

7.2 Organize from Filler: This feature is the 1st step towards the well knows Robo Form Filler. Through this feature user can save/fill the information on the current page along the current page URL. |

7.2.1 Users: Display the list of users that can manipulate their information about a particular url. User can logon or logoff by just clicking on the name of user. Users can be password protected, if they are then before login a popup window open to authenticate the valid user. |

7.2.2 Fill Current Form: Fill the web page information on the current tab with the corresponding saved url. |

7.2.3 Save Current Form: Save the selected tab web page information under the name of currently login user. |

7.3.1 General |

- Starts 1Tabview with Group Portal Page (http://www.grouppk.com).
- 1Tabview can upload 1Tabview’s Home Page at startup.
- Starts 1Tabview with the selected tab group and opens the urls within that tab group.
- An option to enable left pane to show a tree structure of Tab Groups, favorites and many more.
- User can start 1Tabview with its native language by using this dropdown box.

7.3.2 Settings |

- A Confirmation message will be displayed on closing of 1Tabview
window. A user has to response the message in order to verify the
close action.
- The main window caption shows the tab url.
- Minimizes to system tray and shows 1Tabview icon.

7.3.3 Browse Tabs |

- Close other Tabs when opening Tab groups. If checked, all the other previously opened Tabs will be closed when a Tab Group is clicked to surf URLs contained in it.
- A Confirmation message will be displayed on "Close all Browser Tab" action if this option is made available.
- Opens urls typed in address bar in new tabs.
- Takes the user to the newly opened tab.
- You can limit the opening Tab numbers to any length. For Example, Maximum number of Tab openings can be limited to “10”. It means that a user can’t open more then 10 tabs simultaneously.
- Browser tabs can be position either on Top OR at the Bottom of 1Tabview window.
- The default action when opening a new tab is set to BLANK i.e. a blank tab is opened in the window.
- New browser tab with the same url is opened.
- Opens a new browser tab at the home page.

7.3.4 Popup Blocker |

- If this option "checked", popup will be blocked.
- A user can manually enter the urls to be blocked.
- A sound can be enabled or disabled when a popup is blocked.

- Cleans browser cache.
- URLs history will be deleted.

8. Left Panel |

8.1 Tab Groups: Tab Groups allow to see all the groups created by the user. It has capability to open all these links with a single click on group tab. |
